DIGITAL CANVAS - PADLET

My post will be about Padlet, how to create one, and its benefit in the education field.
What is Padlet?
Padlet is an application to create an online bulletin board that you can use to display information for any topic (TeachersFirst Review - Padlet). It is a personal board on a digital platform that consists of ideas, links, pictures, videos, or even drawings. Padlet lets collaborative work as there is an option that allows many users to contribute anonymously or with a name. Padlet is a reliable technological tool because of the owner of the board permits who will post on the board.
Our task was creating a KWL chart on Padlet. As it was a group project, we formed a group of five. The first step was choosing the topic from the given subjects. We decided on bullying that concerns schools to prevent it as pre-service teachers. After signing up, my friend created a wall that we will post the KWL chart. KWL chart consists of three columns named what we know, want to know, and what we learned about the topic. Later we shared our post with visuals, videos, and links. Padlet is that simple!

Bullying is a common problem in every social environment but especially in schools. It is dreadful behavior among people such as; physical harassment, mental harassment, or cyber harassment.
How Can it Be Used for Education?
In my opinion, Padlet creates education opportunities as it is a digital board that students and teachers can use together. Teachers can give assignments for students that will encourage them to research, critical think, and create. Also, students can work in groups to enhance collaborative skills or communication among them that will develop 21st-century skills and also will be a fun way to do it.
